I have been a partner at Finvision since 2013 and have extensive experience in financial services. Before focusing on transactions, I worked as an auditor at leading firms such as Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton. I have also been a Chartered Corporate Auditor since 2002 and have strengthened my academic background with a postgraduate degree in tax sciences and expertise in Valuations & Corporate Finance. Since 2008, I have focused on transaction support services, first at Grant Thornton and later at Finvision. With more than 15 years of experience in due diligence and valuations, I play an essential role in more than 100 deals a year, mainly as a buyer-side advisor. My mission is to guide clients through informed investment decisions with a personal and committed approach, striving for proposals that are perceived as fair and well-supported by all parties involved in a transaction.
